Non-Destructive Brix Measurement of Mangos
By simply touching the surface of fruit, the PAL-HIKARi 15 can measure Brix! Instead of cutting or squeezing to obtain sample juice, just place the fruit on the sample stage, press a button, and seconds later the Brix is shown. There are two measurement buttons...one on the face of the meter, and the other on the side, making it easy to measure in the lab or pre-harvest, in the field.
