Our website checkout allows you to choose your preferred shipping method and we will prepay and add the charges to your order. You will be able to view shipping costs, as well as all available services, before finalizing your order. Please see the transit map below for normal delivery times.
Once your order has been completed, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking information as soon as it is available, so that you can check the status of your shipment. Please note that some items, such as insulated clothing, pallet covers, scales, etc. are shipped directly from the manufacturer and our system may not be able to provide tracking information for these shipments right away.
Same Day Shipping Policy
Most items are in stock and will be shipped from Norfolk, VA the same day, as long as the order is placed by 2:30 pm EST.
Flat Rate Shipping Options
For all shipments within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)

Orders shipping via Freight Line will have the shipping costs quoted after the order is placed and before payment is finalized.
