MicroSnap™ Coliform is a rapid test for detection and enumeration of Coliform bacteria.
The MicroSnap test platform consists of an Enrichment Device containing a specific growth medium and a Detection Device containing a bioluminogenic (light-producing) substrate. When enzymes, characteristic of Coliform bacteria, react with specialized substrates, the light generating signal can be quantified with the EnSURE Touch luminometer. Depending on the required level of detection, MicroSnap Coliform is able to give results in the same day.
