The 5" coffee thermometer includes a stainless steel clip and 5″ stem for clipping directly on pitchers both at home or in the restaurant. This espresso thermometer features a special color indication over the frothing range. This espresso thermometer can be re-calibrated should it be subjected to shock or extreme temperature changes.
