Testo's 105 is a rugged probe thermometer designed for the daily measurement of core temperatures in frozen and non-frozen foods.
This thermometer can be easily cleaned under running water along and has changeable probes for different the types of food (long and corkscrew probes sold separately). It is HACCP compliant and has adjustable thresholds for visual alarms.
