How to Pay

 

• We currently offer terms of Net 10 days to companies with favorable ratings established in either of the Produce Industry Credit Service Guides, the Blue Book or the Red Book.

• For international orders, we are glad to prepare quotations for wire transfer or credit card payments.

Sales Tax

 

We charge sales tax in Virginia, which is where our office is located, as well as in California and Wisconsin.

 

If you are in California, Wisconsin or Virginia and you are tax exempt, please indicate this on your order and send us your exemption form (we must have the appropriate exemption form on file to ship an order without charging tax).

 

If you are outside of North America and are having your order shipped inside the U.S. to be forwarded overseas, please indicate that the order is for export and is tax exempt.

Shipping Information

Our checkout lets you choose the shipping method that you prefer and will prepay the charges. Most items are in stock and, with our Same Day Shipping Policy your order will be sent out the day it is received if ordered by 2:30 pm EST. You will be notified if you order an item that is not in stock. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number so that you can visit the shipping company's web site should you need to locate or track your order.

 

 

At QA Supplies, we stand behind the products that we sell. We want you to be satisfied with each item that you purchase from us and we will do our best to see that you are; this includes assisting with the use of any of our products and our money back guarantee.

If, for any reason, you aren’t happy with a product of ours, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money, within 30 days of purchase. This policy may exclude some non-stock and custom made items.

To return an item:

1. Simply contact us and let us know of your intent to return an item (Please note that if you make a return without calling first, there may be a delay in processing the refund)
2. Place the item back in the original packaging and in new condition
3. Pack the item in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape
4. Return to us by UPS or similar carrier that can provide proof of delivery (for your protection, we suggest that you insure the item)
5. Prepay the shipping charges; we do not accept COD shipments.
