Baxlo hardness testers for fruit and vegetables allow non-destructive measurements of the firmness of fruit pulp. The tester is very reliable, easy to use and is suitable for most types of fruits and vegetables. The F0 model is designed for smaller, soft fruits like blueberries, grapes and strawberries.
